The Para Hills West show rooms and premises are a very comfortable and relaxed place to do business. At no time was I made to feel pressured into anything I didn’t want. All the staff that I have encountered, both with the new vehicle and the previous second hand vehicle I had purchased, treated me cordially and with respect.

Feel Welcome and Always Get a Greeting
As a contractor I am there on a regular basis I feel welcome there and always get a greeting whether it be from the showroom to service, the management to the detailers. We had to wait a long time for the car to arrive but we were kept informed. Offered good financial advice.

Once we had moved past the stage where we were dealing with the salesperson, the further support / advice (extra features / financing) was handled professionally and thoroughly. I was not aware of this aspect of the purchase and was impressed with the way it was handled. The vehicle also arrived quicker than expected.

I have never had a brand new car before and I jokingly said that I expected it to arrive with a big bow ... it came with a bow and balloons.

Staff Realise it's Exciting for a Customer
I think the staff realise it's exciting for a customer to be taking delivery of a new car and they make it a special occasion. It was actually Tom's day off, but he came into work so we could take delivery on the day he had promised!

Very Pleased with my Experience at Peter Kittle
Tom was particularly helpful and knowledgeable; he also made a mean hot chocolate!
There was a lot of good humour amongst all the sales staff when my friend and I came to get our new cars, they all congratulated us and we felt like celebrities. We also got another of Tom's hot chocolates!
Overall I was very pleased with my experience at Peter Kittle. This is the second time I have purchased a car through them, and I definitely plan to again someday.
